As part of the overall Nike Mercurial Vapour campaign, Nike needed a technical product film for broadcast in-store worldwide to communicate in more detail the actual new technology present within the high-profile football boot. Chris decided to shoot the product at high-speed on a Phantom and then seamlessly combine CG elements to explain the more surprising characteristics of the Mercurial Vapour. The film also had to tie in with the existing in-store print campaigns for Nike Mercurial Vapour.
